Weiss & Associates, P.C. represents small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in corporate, commercial, employment, small business, business planning, franchise, contracts, collections, real estate, estate planning and probate law, taxation, asbestos and toxic tort defense, and civil litigation matters.

Having worked with small and medium-sized businesses and individuals since 1987, Weiss & Associates, P.C. located in St. Louis, Missouri believes that representing a client, either an individual or a company, is like starting a business: nurturing takes time, from which a trusting relationship develops. Although we have represented individuals and many companies on single-issue matters, the majority of our clients involve on-going relationships. We welcome the opportunity to represent you and your company whatever the stage of development or the duration of the representation.

Fees are generally charged on an hourly basis. Standardized matters such as incorporations and limited liability company formations are typically a set fee.
